Small = 7.5 - 7.75 inches
Medium = 7.75-8.0 inches
Medium/Large = 8.0-8.5 inches
Large = 8.5-8.75 inches
Extra-Large = 8.75-9.25 inches
Womens
Small = 6.5-6.75 inches
Medium = 6.75-7.0 inches
Medium/Large = 7.0-7.25 inches
